scenic property. 4 night stay, no room cleaning. room was net very clean and was "well worn". location was nice, and views were good.

This is unfortunately now a place to avoid. Everything on the property is in disrepair. The “ Executive King Room” I paid extra for was awful. The carpet was worn out, the drapes were torn, worn through at the edges. Bathroom fixtures were stained and dirty looking. The armchairs were greasy on the arms and screamed “ Don’t TOUCH”
The pool looked like an empty septic tank ( my view was less than scenic).
Plywood showing through the worn out outdoor carpet looked rotted, worn through at least a few layers making the hallway seem more like an entrance to a condemned property.
It’s truly sad to see what’s become of the place. It is a wreck left long, long after the glory days.

Upon arrival I could smell **** in my room, and I tried to air the room out but it is -30 so having a window or door open at this temperature is not going to work.
I tried calling the hotel after hours phone number to request a room change, but nobody answered and there was no option to leave a message.
The bathroom is disgusting, with mold around the tub and tiles, and large cracks in the tile. The toilet does not flush very well, and the water volume from the shower head is almost non existent.

The property was clean and maintained no garbage to be seen all in garbage cans, there was also a golf course that was clean

It’s the only place to stay in 108 mile so there’s no real choice. The AC didn’t work and it was hot. It felt like the heat was on but I wasn’t. Guys partying next door didn’t shut it down until 1am.

I like the peace and quietness. This property is old and tired. It needs some major upgrades, for example, some of the plumbing doesn't work properly (faucets are hard to turn on), and outdoor carpets need replacing. The coffee maker did not have a glass carafe, to make coffee. There was no foo9d service available.

Could have been cleaner. Few areas not wiped down properly. Wall paper coming off the wall in several locations. I would stay there again.
